TRAINING AND UPDATE DAY FOR DANISH DOCTORS

On September 15, 2025, I held a training and refresher course on laser techniques (MonaLisa Touch) for a group of 10 gynecological colleagues from Denmark, held at the Deka Academy in Florence. The course focused on the treatment of certain conditions related to postmenopausal hormone deprivation.
At the specific request of the Danish colleagues, the focus was on laser treatment of the vulvar area, specifically addressing lichen planus.
It was a truly rewarding experience, thanks to the attentive and active participation of my colleagues, accompanied by numerous questions and queries regarding various aspects of the technique, indications, and procedures.
