REPORT TO THE CONGRESS LASER SURGERY AND LOWER GENITAL TRACT PATHOLOGY. UPDATE

On September 19th and 20th, at the very welcome invitation of my Portuguese colleagues Virginia Monteiro and Filipa Castro Ribeiro, I attended the conference on "Laser Surgery in Lower Genital Tract Pathology. Update," held at the Auditorium of the Hospital Da Luz in Lisbon. I presented two presentations on the use of the CO2 laser for the treatment of vaginal atrophy and urinary incontinence.
It was a wonderful experience sharing the various laser treatments, enhanced by the live broadcast from the operating room and the training clinic the following day for young Portuguese colleagues and residents.
Two intense but particularly rewarding days from a professional perspective.
I would like to publicly thank my colleagues Virginia Monteiro, Filipa Castro Ribeiro, Teresa Fraga, Cararach Tur Montserrat, and my friends Graça Andrez and Carmelo Carino for the kind and exquisite hospitality received, for their friendship, and for their great availability, in the hope of having contributed to making this high-level educational event even more attractive.
