WORKSHOP AACHEN (GERMANY)

The specialist training course on laser surgical treatments and MonaLisa Touch (MLT), organized by JENASURGICAL and DEKA, took place on February 24 and 25, 2026, in Aachen. The event explored the main clinical indications and practical experiences related to the use of laser technology in gynecology.
Under the scientific direction of Dr. Maurizio Filippini, assisted by his friends Giusy Meier and David Valenti, participants first took part in an intense theoretical session focused on clinical evidence, treatment protocols, and therapeutic results, including opportunities for professional discussion, which encouraged the exchange of experiences among the attending physicians.
The second part of the meeting took place at the Soerstalklinik, a modern and well-equipped clinic led by Drs. Esther Kaldenhoff and Sandra Kottmann, where live presentations and hands-on laser sessions were held. This second hands-on phase allowed participants to directly observe the procedures performed by Dr. Filippini and gain a deeper understanding of the technical aspects of laser application.
The event, with limited attendance, provided a highly educational and interactive environment, with a strong focus on clinical practice and professional development.
