LASER MASTER IN GYNECOLOGY – PORTUGAL 2026
On May 22 and 23, 2026, I will lead, together with Dr. Teresa Fraga, a "MASTER LASER IN GYNECOLOGY" in Porto, Portugal. Organized by LASERCARE Portugal in collaboration with DEKA, this intensive theoretical and practical course is aimed at gynecologists interested in the use of CO₂ laser technology in clinical settings. It takes place over two days and combines a solid theoretical foundation with intense hands-on practice.
The first day will cover fundamental principles, including lower genital tract anatomy, laser physics, and tissue interaction, followed by a detailed exploration of clinical applications in ablative and regenerative modalities. Specific techniques, such as vaporization, conization, and innovative protocols (e.g., Monalisa Touch) for the treatment of vaginal atrophy, urinary incontinence, and other gynecological conditions, will be illustrated.
The second day is primarily dedicated to practice, with patient demonstrations and hands-on training, allowing participants to acquire direct operational skills.
The course has limited enrollment and is characterized by a highly specialized and applied approach, aimed at integrating laser therapy into daily gynecological practice.
