LASER MASTER IN GYNECOLOGY – PORTUGAL 2026
The "Laser in Gynecology" Masterclass, held in Porto and dedicated to the most modern applications of CO₂ lasers in gynecology, concluded with great participation and interest. The event was led by Dr. Maurizio Filippini, with the valuable collaboration of Dr. Teresa Fraga of Lisbon, a leading figure in the Portuguese gynecological field.
During the two-day training course, featuring theoretical and practical sessions, the main uses of DEKA laser technologies in gynecology were explored in depth, with particular attention to applications in the treatment of vulvovaginal disorders, genitourinary menopause, and regenerative medicine. Participants were able to directly experience clinical protocols, therapeutic indications, and practical cases in a highly specialized and multidisciplinary context.
The initiative was organized by Lasercare, led by Graça Andrez, the official importer for Portugal of the prestigious lasers from the historic Italian company DEKA, a long-standing international leader in medical laser technologies.
The Masterclass represented an important opportunity for scientific updating and international collaboration among professionals united by an interest in technological innovation applied to women's health.
